Electrical inspection and testing is arguably our most important service. At DM Electrical, you can rest assured that all of our installations are rigorously tested to meet safety regulations and adhere to our in-house high standards, but what about the existing ones on your business premises or in your home?
In line with recent UK government legislation, from 1st July 2020, every home is required to have a regular EICR inspection to validate the safety of your electrical goods. Under the House and Planning Act (2016) all new tenancies are required to have an EICR inspection every 5 years.
